2. You send us the basics. Before the call, we'll ask you to share a few things (nothing complicated — see below). This means we show up prepared, not asking you to walk us through your entire business for the first 20 minutes.
3. We meet. Video call. 30 minutes. Elaine will walk through your current activity, ask sharp questions, and give you honest, specific feedback. No slides. No deck. Just a conversation between two people who care about getting media right.
4. You get a summary. Within 48 hours, we'll send you a short written recap of what we discussed and the recommendations we made. It's yours to keep and action however you like.
